Installation & Configuration of Mconnect Responsive Royal Theme for Magento

The Installation Guide for Mconnect Royal Theme:

Extract Zip file and added to Magento Root directory.

The Configuration Guide for Mconnect Royal Theme:

1. To configure the theme navigate to Log into the Magento Admin Panel as an administrator.
2. Click System > Configuration > Cache Management.
3. On the Cache Management page, click Select All.

Note: The Page Cache option at the bottom of the list is available only in Magento EE.
From the Actions list in the upper right corner of the page, click Disable.
Click Submit.

The following figures show all cache types disabled.

4. Configuring Magento to Load your Theme.

How to configure Magento to load your new theme?

1. Log in to the Magento Admin Panel as an administrator.
2. Click System > Configuration > GENERAL > Design.
3.  In the right pane, click Package to expand it. In the Current Package Name field, enter

• Block2: category id: Go to Catalog > Manage Categories and click here to any category which you want to display on the homepage and get category id.

• Show 'Add To Wishlist': Display Add To Wishlist frontend side

Homepage New Arrival products Block

New arrival Products add-on Slider :

1. On the Admin menu, select Catalog > Manage Products.
2. Find the product you want to feature, and open the record.

3. In the Set Product as New from the Date field, click the calendar button and select the first date that you want the product to be featured.

4. In the Set Product as New to the Date field, click the calendar button and select the last date that you want the product to be featured.
