Configuration and Settings of Mconnect Product Ribbon / Labels Extension for Magento® 1

The Configuration of Mconnect Product Ribbon Magento Extension:

Before you proceed with using the extension, you need to do the configuration of the extension as shown below:

1. Sign in to the Magento configuration panel.       
 
 
 
2. Navigate to 'system' menu and select 'configuration' menu option.
 
 
     
 
3. Scroll down in Configuration to find 'M-Connect Media Extensions' click on 'Product Ribbon Configuration'.
 

     
4. Product Ribbon Configuration screen opens and then start doing configuration of following sections:

• General: Enable/Disable product ribbon extension.

• New Arrival Products: It includes setting of enable/disable product ribbon in product page, position, icon for new arrival product.

• Best Seller Product: It includes setting of enable/disable product ribbon in product page, position, icon for best seller product.

• Product on sale: It includes setting of enable/disable product ribbon in product page, position, icon for Product on sale.

• Top Rated Product: It includes setting of enable/disable product ribbon in product page, position, icon for Product on sale.

5. Click on 'save config' button to save the Configuration setting.

At the storefront, you can find the product display as depicted below.

When Product images are displayed in page product ribbon will also display at right, left, top or bottom according to setting in backend.
