Configuration and Settings of Mconnect Track Order Status for Magento® 2

The Configuration of Mconnect Track Order Status for Magento® 2 Extension:

Before you proceed with using the extension, you need to do the configuration of the extension as shown below:

• Navigate to Admin M-connect Media> Track Order Setting
  
  
   
  
  
• Enable or disable the extension.
• Allow link in top header for yes/no (if select yes then label and link display into header)
• Allow for top menu yes/no (display link in the menu bar).
• Enter “Custom Message” to be shown at the front end when order details entered by the customer do not match or are invalid.
• Send track order Link yes/no(Send link in email, when the shipment is created).
  
  Email link short code:
  
  {{blockclass='Magento\Framework\View\Element\Template' area='frontend' template='Mconnect_Trackorder::email/track.phtml'    shipment=$shipment order=$order}}
  
  Add above short email code for email template, prepare email template and add the shortcode for selecting the place where you want to add the clickable link.

How to Create Widget for Tracking Order?

• Navigate to Content>Widget in the track order setting         

• Create widget as per requirement for add in the page.

Front-end:

• Ability to track order link into the header.
• Add track order link in navigation menu bar.

• Fill up the above information to get Ajax based response.

• You will get the tracking information of your product instantly.

How can customer track their orders Online?

• There is one simple way to track your order without logging in. Fill up the order id and email address to get Ajax base response.

• If your information is correct, your order will be tracked

Front-end:

What if a customer enters wrong/invalid details?

• If the customer enters wrong/invalid order id and email address, then the custom message set by you in the configuration will be displayed.

How can customer see invoice and shipment details related to the order?

• Just as the customer enters order id and email address and clicks on “Track Order” button, all the three types of information order status, invoice and shipment details will be shown under different tabs.

• The “Print Order” option will be available as the customer enters correct required details and clicks on “Track Order” button.
